Insurance Claims:
Our Patient Relations Coordinator will be happy to fill out your insurance forms at no cost to you. She will submit them for payment to your insurance company. This service will help you to maximize your dental benefits. However, our contract for dental treatment is with you, not your insurance company.
Payment Options:
Financial options are discussed during the initial visit. Dr. Kamy Noruzi and his team are committed to providing excellent dental care and guiding patients in choosing the best payment option for their individual needs. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Patient financing options available through Wells Fargo (link below) and CareCredit (link below).
Payment is requested at the time of service, unless the patient has made other arrangements in advance. This policy reduces our billing costs and enables us to keep our fees as low as possible. You will always be given an itemized receipt upon completion of each dental treatment.
Appointment Scheduling Details:
At our office in Geneva, Illinois, we recognize that your time is valuable. Consequently, we make every effort to maintain our appointment schedule to accommodate your needs. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you notify our office a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
