Patient Relations Coordinator & HR
Jamie has been a dedicated staff member of Fox River Periodontics since 1999. She spent her first ten years as a surgical assistant before transitioning into her current role as Patient Relations Coordinator
In this position, Jamie is the friendly voice patients often hear first — greeting patients, answering phone calls and scheduling appointments. She is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, attentive, and respectful care throughout their experience.
Jamie loves being part of a close-knit team that feels like family. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her daughter who is in college, and her son who is in high school.
Nina
Surgical Assistant
With over 10 years of experience as a dental assistant, Nina is passionate about creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient. She loves helping others feel confident in their smiles and enjoys being part of a caring, dedicated team.
Outside of the office, Nina stays active at the gym and cherishes cozy days at home with her family and her dog, Kai.
Chelsea
Registered Dental Hygienist
Chelsea began her journey in the dental field in 2018. She became a certified dental assistant through Kishwaukee College. Her passion for dentistry grew as she gained experience as an assistant in general dentistry and oral surgery.
She was accepted into the dental hygiene program at Rock Valley College in 2023 – only 20 applicants are chosen out of approximately 90. Chelsea graduated in May of 2025 with honors. She is excited to bring the knowledge she aquried from the accredited program to Fox River Periodontics. Providing the utmost care while making patients comfortable is imperative to her.
Chelsea enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, swimming, and is an animal lover.
Madelyn
Public Relations, Social Media, and Office Coordinator
Madelyn is a communications professional with over five years of experience in marketing, public relations, and content creation.
She’s passionate about crafting stories that connect, whether that’s through social media, press materials, or multi-channel campaigns. With a background spanning hospitality, publishing, and higher education, she brings both creativity and strategy to the table.
When she’s not working, she spends time with her two cats, Nacho and Stormi, and her friends. She also enjoys writing short stories and books, and enjoys going golfing, to sporting events, and the movie theater.
